So, I'm trying to play LittleBigPlanet emulated on PPSSPP. However, to use any DLC or load in any of the multitude of archived community levels, the game has to run the 2.05 patch.
PPSSPP won't run the 2.05 patch as-is, because it requires the PSP to load the patch file instead of the main game file from the game disc, and currently PPSSPP simply doesn't do this. There is a workaround that involves replacing some files on an ISO of the game with some data unpacked from the 2.05 patch file, but all info on this online is dead links and vague descriptions.
So, I was wondering if anyone out there can help me out, either by providing me with the files I need to patch the ISO, the tools I need to get the files, or perhaps some other workaround?

Download Little Big Planet PSP (EU - UCES01264). Google is your friend! Plus, I'm assuming you're only downloading this as a backup to an already owned UMD, cough.

Follow dc's Wiki guide on how to update your game to the latest version (v. 2.05) using ISO Tool. Note: DLC will not work without this step.
Note: If the download 'hangs' or is very slow, restart your PSP and try again. It may take a few tries for a successful download.
Great, now your game is updated to the latest version. Let's get some DLC going.
3. Download Little Big Planet PSP DLC (EU - UCE01264). https://cdromance.com/sony-psp-dlc-list-psp-downloadable-content/ - This content is actually free on the PSN store, unfortunately the servers are down.
4. Extract the UCES01264 (DLC) folder to /PSP/GAME/ on your console.
5. Press select on your PSP to open VSH. Enable NoDRM Engine. (Recovery -> Advanced). Reset VSH.
6. Start the game, and check your costumes. You should now have all of them. Exit the game.
1500 User Created Levels:
A. Download the package from this page: https://www.reddit.com/r/littlebigplanet/comments/4vjvqb/lbp_psp_save_files_1500_levels_from_most_hearted/You will notice 6 sets of 250 levels each. You may only run 250 user levels at one time
B. Choose which level set you'd like to play, and extract the files in the folder (not the folder itself) into PSPSAVEDATAUCES01264PROFILE

C. Once complete, go back into the levels folder you chose (PC), and move 'FECONFIG.BIN' into PSPSAVEDATAUCES01264PROFILE
When asked by Windows to replace the old file, select yes
Load up your game. Congratulations, you now have all of the costume DLC, level DLC, and 1500 of the best user-made levels to choose from. When you want to try another 250 user levels, open the chosen levels folder on your PC, and simply repeat steps B & C.
